This is the year I turn 40 (right at the end of the year, i’m only just 39 HAHA!) and I wanted to do something that was a little bit special and that would be something to remember. I didn’t want to organise a party as I always worry that people wont turn up and i’ll be standing there on my own!
So I came up with the idea of going or doing 40 things beginning with A (for Amy, in case you didn’t know) in the year I turn 40, which is this year!!!
I know a lot of people do a 30 things before 30 or 40 things before 40, so I thought I would share the ideas I have so far, to help you out with your list and also if you have any ideas for my list, that would be fab!
Now obviously this is my list and I am the rule maker of my own list, so I didn’t want to use – A park, A house, A etc… but I decided that it could be places to visit or things to do. We don’t have loads of money to visit loads of different places, especially 40 of them and although I would love to go to Australia, its just not going to happen…
unless I win the lottery…
but I don’t buy a lottery ticket…
so that isn’t going to happen!
Some of the thing to do and places to visit will be things like having a picnic or just visiting local places beginning with A, I might even through a trip to Asda in there, if I get desperate haha!

I did also think of abseiling but I don’t fancy that, so have left it off my list.
That is my list so far, there are 38 things/places up there but I may not do all of these ones and might do different ones. I may be out and about and spot a lovely little village beginning with A that I didn’t know was there and decide to visit it.
