The weather has certainly changed this week and that means the food we fancy seems to change too. I don’t know about you but when the dark nights are closing in and it turns a little bit chilly, I start to want comfort food, something cosy!

Lets get straight to the meal plan…
Monday – Butternut squash soup and homemade bread – I use a Jamie Oliver Bread recipe that I found on his YouTube channel. It is so simple to follow and gives you two tasty loaves of bread.
Tuesday – Spaghetti Bolognese – A quick dinner with quorn mince, dolmio sauce and some added onion, pepper, mushrooms and because I have lots growing at the allotment – runner beans.
Wednesday – Home made veggie pasty and chips – I will share this recipe very soon.
Thursday – Bean chilli – Another one of my own recipes, that I need to share soon!
Friday – Pasta n Sauce and garlic bread – Always a quick meal on a Friday as my Daughters have football training. I will add some sliced mushrooms in too though.
Saturday – Indian sweet potato and red lentil curry – This is the best home made curry we have had by far!
Sunday – Sausage, egg, hash browns and beans – I know this isn’t your traditional Sunday meal but I really fancy this this week!
