When you have children or even when you don’t have children, maybe it’s just being an adult and you have less time to actually look after yourself and do things that keep your physical and mental health in good order.
When you have a job, a house to keep, healthy dinners to cook, a family to take care of, it all takes up a lot of time and can mean you become stressed and anxious, but its so important for our physical and mental health to take time out for ourselves.
