Sweet Chilli sauce
Plus extra for serving

Plus 1 tbsp for cooking

Instructions
Place the tofu in a large bowl and add the ketchup, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce and mix well. Leave to marinade for 10mins.
Follow the instructions on the rice packet and start cooking the rice.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
Add the tofu and all the sauce to the frying pan and cook on medium for 15- 20 mins or until cooked. Stir occasionally.
Drain rice and serve onto a plate or bowl.
Place tofu onto rice and add some more sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
