Sticky Sweet Chilli Tofu

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Packs Extra Firm tofu cut into chunks
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce Plus extra for serving
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil Plus 1 tbsp for cooking
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 240 g Rice

Instructions
 

  • Place the tofu in a large bowl and add the ketchup, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce and mix well. Leave to marinade for 10mins.
  • Follow the instructions on the rice packet and start cooking the rice.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
  • Add the tofu and all the sauce to the frying pan and cook on medium for 15- 20 mins or until cooked. Stir occasionally.
  • Drain rice and serve onto a plate or bowl.
  • Place tofu onto rice and add some more sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
